I just had another great experience (& reunion) with Dr. Jeff Schur and his orthodontic Team! 10 years ago, they used their orthodontia skills to successfully move the teeth in my lower jaw (where a damaged tooth had to be removed). Ever since that procedure, Ive been wearing my retainer to keep my teeth in their new positions. But I just lost the retainer.
I called Dr. Schurs office late Thursday afternoon to ask if they could make a replacement retainer for me. I was surprised when they worked me into their schedule the very next day. They assessed the situation and made a mold first thing the next morning, had a new retainer made, and fitted me with it at 10 AM on Friday less than 24 hours from when I called them out of the blue (no warning).
Theyre not only skillful and efficient, but as nice as they can be! Another very positive and telling fact is that the same clinical assistants helped me yesterday who were working with Dr. Schur for my orthodontia 10 years ago. That is a real (and positive) contrast to many offices in the dental professions these days, where it seems to be difficult to retain really excellent professionals.

Dr Schur and his team are fantastic to work with. Office hours were early enough that I could squeeze in before school for aligner checks when doing Invisalign treatment. Dr Schur stays up-to-date with advanced in orthodontic technology, and makes it easy to understand your treatment plan. If you can follow directions well, you are sure to get the best results through this office!! Thanks, Dr Schur!

Dr. Schur is the best orthodontist you could ever find. His expertise and skill in orthodontics are truly remarkable, and I am so grateful that he is my orthodontist throughout my journey. He always made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process, and I always felt like I was in good hands. After years of struggling with misaligned teeth and feeling self-conscious about my smile, he completely transformed my appearance and my confidence.
