I was very impressed with the excellent customer support I received from Bee and Maria today. Especially since I had stopped in the store to return an iPhone, not buy one. Either way, they went " beyond the call of duty" to meet my request with a gracious and positive attitude. Bee is a very bright person who spent a lot of time troubleshooting my return issues until they were finally resolved. He never made me feel rushed or unappreciated. Now I know why so many people love doing business with Apple ! A great experience all-around.

Very poor attitude and customer service. Went to get phone repaired and one of the employees started talking in a very condescending manner after we asked for help. The solutions that he offered weren't helpful at all and he was clearly getting frustrated after each of them didn't work. Ultimately he just walked away after giving us another unhelpful solution and we didn't see him again (he was probably at the end of his shift?). I've never been treated this poorly at any store before. Pretty disappointing. If you have a chance make the drive to Alderwood Mall or University Village if you want to be treated respectfully.
