    I was just at the store to change my number the rep assisting me was very rude and she said that I quote wow you are really taking your time that was the rudest comment I would have ever heard. When asked if she had another appointment she mentioned yes she had people waiting in line as if our business wasnt important enough. To identify her she was wearing or she was the only one with a mask on that day. She needs to understand that if a customer comes to the store for a specific reason that means we need the assistance , its not a park that we will come in to sit around and talk.

    I'm giving this place a five star because there's an amazing service rep called Lupe that has gone above and beyond each time I visited. I was transitioning from prepaid to an Essentials multi line plan and was porting my parents (who live in a different state) over from a competitor carrier to join our new plan. I interacted with six reps in various stores during this process to research what plans they had, what promos, what phone upgrades we and my parents could qualify for. Lupe was by far the most helpful. Made sure we got everything we could possibly qualify for. Whereas reps in other stores usually started with "there's no such promo right now", "no the iPhone 8 is too old to trade in", "no you would only get $400 off not $730 off", "just install the T-Mobile app and do it yourself", and I always had to argue before they suddenly realized(?) that we qualify for the promo Lupe said we did. Lupe would offer to talk to the other reps on the phone for me. She's also very competent with the tech and gets stuff done fast. Thank you Lupe -- my family is super happy with our new plan, and we got a fantastic deal on new hardware. T-Mobile needs more people like you!
