The best! We were warmly greeted upon entering (which already puts them ahead of other nearby lighting stores) and given excellent customer service. We had a lot of back and forth correspondence as we were trying to finalize a remodel and make final decisions, and Cassandra was amazing. The delivery driver was nice as well, just a great all-around experience, would totally use NCL again.

Coordinated with Jason (at Bellevue location) to obtain replacement parts for two light fixtures I damaged. Exemplary overall customer service and response time. I could not be more impressed or pleased with outcome.

Stopped in twice to get one of their salespeople (aka lighting designers).  Both times, we provided our list of items we needed and asked them to double check our configurations.  Probably $5,000 in fixtures and accessories for a whole house remodel. We gave them a printed list with room by room details.  Both times we were told that they would look over the list and get back to us.  After a couple days, both times I tried to follow up via telephone.  Left messages.  Two visits, two calls, no followup from them.  I tried.  I really did.  We had a good experience with them in 2013 on our last project but they are a dried up shell of their former self.
