They never showed up. Really Unprofessional and geek squad really sucks

Service is purchased and scheduled. My receipt shows the date and time of in home service. One day later I get a text confirming a DIFFERENT DAY. ??? Why bother coordinating with me for an IN HOME service if you cannot honor the date. I guess they think people have nothing to do but sit around all week waiting for Geek.

Such a pleasant experience! I was seen right away (I think that part isn't the usual practice, so don't expect that), the service tech was very friendly, approachable, and he worked very hard to resolve my issue. When it turned out that my computer was too old for them to fix, they did not charge me, and they pointed me to a business that could help me.

This is my first time leaving a Google review, and let me tell you, this place is an absolute nightmare. It's a complete drain on your wallet and precious time. I foolishly decided to go there for a computer diagnostic, only to find out that their prices are exorbitantly higher compared to other places. As if that wasn't bad enough, after several agonizing days of waiting, I had to reach out to them myself to inquire about any progress. Can you believe they had the audacity to inform me that they couldn't diagnose anything unless I allowed them to wipe my operating system and reinstall a new one? Oh, and of course, that's an additional service for an additional charge they conveniently failed to mention before. If these so-called "experts" couldn't perform any real diagnostics, they should have had the decency to give me a call earlier instead of wasting my valuable time. Based on my personal experience, the staff there is clearly incompetent when it comes to technical work, and to top it off, they have the nerve to charge exorbitant fees for their abysmal service.
