I called Payless to see if they can fix my sons iPad charger port; a previous charger got stuck in the port, and Raena was so polite and kind. She told me to come over and she will help me remove it free of charge!! I just left Payless Repair, and Raena fixed my sons iPad charger port in less than 5mintues!! I had an issue with my phone charging port, at first I thought that needed to be replaced, but after checking my phone the lady said that it just needed some cleaning, and it fixed the problem. The lady in there was really nice and helpful Definitely coming back in the future. Thanks

Very professional and quick service, I highly recommend them. My iPhone had stopped charging and I was considering getting a new one. However, I stopped by, they cleaned up the charging slot and solved my problem within minutes!

Fantastic Service. Expert in iphone repair. Super low cost. She even didn't charge me anything for an iphone service to fix the problem of green flash screen and not turning ON. Great customer service.
