        I had a front end noise on my 2013 F150 that had stumped one local mechanic, had my own regular mechanic misdiagnose it, and confused most of Reddit (!) for close to a year. After almost giving up, I brought it to AutoNation Ford Bellevue and was blown away by their customer service right from the start. John not only found the issue, but fixed it! And offered to bring my truck to me in Seattle when he was finished! Happy doesn't cover it. There are a lot of great garages in the area but this is truly the best. If i could give them six stars, I would.

        Google reviews has hidden or removed almost all of the bad reviews. Their service department is HORRIBLE. If you are a woman you are treated especially bad. The stories you hear about mechanics screwing over women seems to be their motto. Do not answer calls, give updates, get your vehicle back to you when stated. Had to finally call the manager to get them to do anything. Found out my car was ready, NOBODY CALLED ME, guess I am suppose to be clairvoyant. My 1 pm delivery turned into 5 pm due to total incompetence on their part. My whole day was wasted. Especially upset since they were suppose to have it back to me the day before, sent me an email saying they would call next day with update. I responded that wasn't acceptable and to have manager call me. They didn't even tell the manager. They are truly the worst. The only thing worse are vehicles FORD sells. If you want to spend your time with recalls and a car filled with cheap, unsafe parts, buy a Ford. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, DO NOT BUY A FORD AND DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER!!! x
