I had a disappointing experience with H&R Block, particularly with an advisor named Jae. He was first 10 minutes late to our scheduled in-person meeting, only to reschedule for a virtual session in the evening, where he was again significantly late and ultimately unable to complete the job. This lack of punctuality and incompetence wasted my time and proved completely ineffective. I strongly advise against using H&R Block's services based on this experience. AVOID!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with H&R Block, particularly with a tax advisor named Jae. My appointment was initially set for an in-person meeting, but it started off poorly when Jae arrived 10 minutes late. This lack of punctuality already set a negative tone, but the situation worsened when he announced that he needed to reschedule our meeting for a virtual session in the evening. Willingly to give him the benefit of the doubt, I agreed.

However, the rescheduled virtual session was no better. Jae was not only very late again, demonstrating a lack of respect for my time, but also he was unable to fulfill the job requirements. His inability to provide the service I needed was not only frustrating but also a complete waste of my time and resources. Based on this experience, I find it hard to trust or recommend Jae or H&R Block's services to anyone looking for reliable tax assistance. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and efficiency. My advice would be to AVOID using their services if you're looking for dependable tax help.

Never again using H&R Block for our taxes. We filed last year and spent about $130.00 to file. Get to the front desk this year and are hit with a bill of $286.00.
Was called by their office a couple days later to ask if we were satisfied with our appointment. Apparently, we could have been offered coupons, we should have been told how much it was going to be before we sat down, ect. None of which happened.
NEVER AGAIN.
