    Before moving to Bremerton, I called and emailed over a dozen times and left 5 voice-mails. I never got a response. Never. This is despite having multiple available units. In hindsight, I'm extremely happy they never responded. Having lived in Bremerton for 3 months now, we've seen firsthand the neighborhood and slumlike area these apartments are in. There is a rampant homeless problem that congregates on their block due to the Salvation Army being right next to them and the slumlike nature of the complex itself. We got an amazing unit at B Flats apartments where it is secure, beautiful, and new. Couldn't be happier. Thanks you Southcourt for not responding and saving us a literal nightmare.

    It has been a year since I moved out and I still haven't received the security deposit back, even though they sent me the invoice and told me they owe me. Also the area is not safe and the building has a horrible smell, even the apartments. Edit: These guys claim that we owe them money. On the moving out day, they came, took pictures and said this was the best well kept apartment they have seen. 3 months later they send the ledge stating we have a $200 balance to pay. After several emails back and forth, they said they were wrong for sending the ledge so late, and they owe us the entire security deposit. They said they will pay it and never did. We followed up several times, until we just gave up. A year later, even though we have emails from corporate saying they owe us the security deposit, they reply to this review by saying we have a balance of $200. Management is horrible. The area is not safe. DO NOT MOVE IN there. You will regret it.

    Ive lived here for 3 months. And have had problems since ive lived here. My first month problem was i couldnt even use my heater, (the only heater in the apartment) everytime i turned it on it would turn all of my power off, and the first 3 times it happened The power was off for over 4 hours, making my food warm in the fridge, which by the way the fridge leaks. the second month I discovered mold or mildew,( hoping its not black mold) on all of my walls and windows. due to all the humidity and absolutely no ventilation in the unit. but that was fine i would just clean it with bleach and go, but everytime i washed it a week later itd come back even worse than ever before. making me and my partner constantly sick. but we didnt make a fuss. Around the 2nd week in my 2nd month of living here the washing machines and dryer broke in my unit causing us to not only have to go down a huge flight of stairs but going to another apartment complex all together to do our laundry. I think management is good but the maintenance people have no idea what they are doing and the bones of this place are just awful. EDIT:Checking reviews ive realized that 6 years ago a tenant had the exact same problem as me, even in the same spots. and management said they didnt see an issue. if its still happening 6 years later after the initial report they obviously dont care about their tenants health.

    I applied to rent here. Got approved. Was wanting to see the unit and ask questions. NO ONE has answered my calls. 7 times Ive called. Reached out by email, got a response saying someone will contact you shortly, nothing. I even went there hoping I could speak to someone, nope. The office is closed 4 days out of the week. How is someone going to rent if theres no one to get a hold of???? *UPDATE* I got a call to tour the place. I saw it and wasnt interested. Ended up with something else. Got an email saying Im being billed $370 move out cost. I NEVER MOVED IN TO BEGIN WITH. Didnt sign a lease. Never got keys. Communication is a joke. And management is a joke. Do not waste your breath and time on this place. Crooked as hell.

    15 vacant apartments and its in a terrible location downtown. I needed an apartment pretty bad so I gave this place a shot and called 3 separate times, never an answer. I went to the leasing office just to say hi and ask about apartments before closing hours, no one was there. I finally went online and SCHEDULED a tour and showed up right on time. The leasing office was closed and there was no one inside.
