Justin showed up on time and was polite and easy to talk to. Work was done and looks really good. He offered to add a part that would help in the future that will be very helpful.

Needed a fast response at 8pm hour when washing machine cycle suddenly flooded an area of the basement; the dispatcher had tech Nathan at our house in one hour and he cleared the problem in just over an hour. Normally a camera tech would have been with him but in this case needed to come the next morning; camera tech Giovanni was also equipped with a water-jet and when it was seen that a mass of roots had caused the issue he was able to clear the roots, again within the hour. Apparently, various material that had gone down the drain over time had built up on the roots and the problem would soon have recurred. This was a day when we were dealing with other appointments so the promptness was vital. The evening when the problem arose, other firms quickly checked online just had the customer fill out a form and maybe we'd get called, but Roto-Rooter's centralized dispatch answered immediately the local phone number posted on their web site, when we entered our location. Such ease of access to an American call center, not some place in the Phillipines, made all the difference in solving the issue.

First technician arrived within three hours the day I called. Text messages and calls to let me know they were on their way. Drain was cleared. Technician worked until job was finished at 10pm. Camera technician arrived the next day to fully explain aand detail a plan to go forward. I had replaced nearly all pipe the last time tree roots got into the sewer line (with a different company, why they didnt do the whole line then us a mystery). Martin explained a new way that the existing problem could be rectified without needing to backho and do more concrete work. I am likely to go ahead depending on the bid. Very knowledgeable, and I appreciated the time spent and thoughtfulness for a plan to go forward and which will hopefully save me money in the future. I can still love my tree and not worry about roots backing up that old section of line.
