I booked an introductory flight for my Husband for his Birthday. Jacob was amazing. My husband is not easy to impress, and he left repeating it was a "12/10" experience. Highly recommend. Thank you to Jacob, and the team, for making this an unforgettable experience (and probably an expensive new hobby).

One of the most expensive flight schools in the area with the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I contacted Regal May 10th re: flight training and they promised me to start my training in 2 weeks. It actually took them 3.5 month! All this time I've been told that they don't have instructors eligible to conduct that kind of training. Once they finally found me an instructor - he told me on the first conversation that he doesn't know how to teach on airplanes Regal has because he was trained on a different type of airplane. Instructor's schedule is blocked on Regal's online scheduling system so he said I have to call him to schedule every lesson. When I contacted him 2 weeks after our initial flight - he told me that Regal kicked me off training without any notice because I didn't call him next week and "we have a lot of students who disappear after first lesson so we don't chase students". Now I understand why do people silently leave. Aside from that - Regal overcharges for every aspect of training: - ground school, airplane rental, "instrument insurance" etc. so avg. lesson on 60 year old Cessna with Regal would cost ~$500 I highly do not recommend to go with Regal for flight training or aircraft rental. There are much better options in the area.
