Chinook Flight

Ive been through many flight schools, what you see is what you get at Chinook. The owner Richard is very experienced and a wealth of knowledge. Monty, the lead CFI is also very skilled, and clearly enjoys instructing. Highly recommend this flight school if you want to learn how to do things the right way, and have instructors that care about their students.They also respect your pocket book. Rare breed of flight school in my opinion.

The staff at Chinook flight is rude and unprofessional. Steer clear and go somewhere else for your aviation needs. I was treated very poorly.

Called the place to set up an simulator training session. Guy said he'd call back because the person who manages appointments wasn't there. I noticed his tone changed when I said I was trying to redeem a voucher I got from a SPEEA. Guess they had a bad experience with other people who redeemed their vouchers before me. Ended up waiting a week and still no reply. Now they won't pick up when I try to call them. I guess they're trying to wait until the voucher I got to expire to call back. If you're going to deny people, don't be coward and tell it like it is.

They stick to the rules even if you missed that DL address is not up dated because you forgot to take care of this when you were in Chemo Therapy. You will have to pay for the test you didn't take again. You know what doesn't have an address. A passport.
