A Unique Dry Carpet Cleaning

Urine stains were not removed. Still can see them under the black light. First time using oxi fresh. We would have had them come back and do the whole house if they had succeeded on the two rugs we had them do. Sad to have picked the wrong cleaning business. Thought because they were a nationally ranked business they would have done a bit better job.

Worst company!! Did NOT clean the carpets at all and did not remove odor! No idea how they stay in business as they have ghosted me with trying to talk to them about the terrible job they did. I used my Bissel carpet cleaner the day after they cleaned and you can see the clean spot that I made along with extremely dirty water in the tank in the photos (I have dogs) I had to get Stanley Steamer out and they did a fabulous job! Save your money and DO NOT USE Oxi Fresh!!

They did an amazing job cleaning my couch and chair. Nice people who were easy to talk to and came out to do the work with a portable unit because I live in an apartment. Also, the prices are competitive. Would use again without a doubt.

Great job done by a great guy. Alex was very personable and explained each step as he proceeded. The fresh smell & the clean carpets were great to see. Much improved.
