Ugh, dealt with a super rude employee today. I don't come into a store to spend my hard earned money to have some rude employee try to make me feel bad. I will go to Sephora, never back to this ULTA.

This Ulta is great, the staff is always very kind. But for the love of god, they need to get some kind of signage in place that directs people on where they should be lining up for checkout. The amount of times people line up in the wrong places, and you get cut in line because theres 3 different lines forming and nobody has any clue where they should be its ridiculous. Zero direction provided and theres really no obvious spacing to indicate the correct area.

I came in there to pick up my order. The lady there made me say my phone number and she was repeating my phone number so LOUDLY even after I told her I'm not comfortable sharing my phone number. I asked her to scan my Ulta member id instead she told me the scanner was not working. Wonder how do they scan the products if the scanner was not working only!.I wish ULTA had other ways to input in phone number by the customer or they get their scanning membership id machine working!

Jessica is a very nice and professional who works at Ulta Beauty. She is very polite and friendly who makes you feel very comfortable when she is doing your laminate eyebrows. I highly recommend her for an eyebrow session.
