Kier helped my wife and I secure a mortgage on our first home. She is great at making herself available to answer questions through every step of the process. Excellent with providing updates as the process progresses (including with escrow) and will go over all documentation with an overview on how it plays a role in the process. She is very responsive to e-mail and excellent with scheduling phone calls through the mortgage process. I highly recommend her!!
