Working with Kara was so easy! She always gets back in a few hours or less. She also explored numerous options to customize the loan that best fits you. If you work in tech, she could also take in RSU into account, and customize the loan based on rental income. As an investor, quick response and various options she could bring to the table makes your life so much easier. I'll definitely contact Kara again when I'm pursuing my next real estate investing!
