I am currently in search of an apartment, I just landed a new job and am not quite ready to move but I have some time to shop around. Kaitlyn Riley, at Toscana showed me around and got me started with paperwork. This place is great! Convenient spot, nice clean property and the price is good too. Best of all, the people. Kaitlyn took her time and didnt make me feel rushed, she was professional and courteous and made me feel like I mattered. I am going to be picking them for a few reasons, but shes right at the top. If customer service, responsiveness and a sense of trust matter to you, it feels like these folks are hard to beat! Thanks again Kaitlyn, I look forward to hearing back soon!

Wonderful place to live and the staff was always friendly and inviting! If I had a question then it got promptly answered, and if I had a problem then it was fixed in a hurry.

Took away military discount. Had to move could not afford the rent increase.
Coming up with additional 300 plus $$$ was impossible. No notice just a surprise know clue management had switched.
Didn't receive a deposit I don't understand why. I don't Smoke cook or wear shoes in my unit. I don't have a pet.
I had company over one night and I didn't know they were supposed to have a parking pass and they got toad. My girlfriend broke up with me she didn't understand why she couldn't just show up at night and spend the night I had to tell her car was going to get toe plus there is no street parking.
Areas that they could improve in that are just simple or having a maid service keeping the elevator in the hallways clean picking up the cigarette butts and all of the dog poop.
I haven't had a working refrigerator for a couple weeks and instead of just getting me 1 from my unit they come into my apartment 3 times a day to check the temperature.

Toscana is simply amazing.
Toscanas location is top notch since it is within a few minutes drive from a great variety of convenience stores and restaurants.
Maintenance staff is skillful and friendly. They always make sure everything is working properly and they are extremely fast when something needs fixing.
The office staff is hands down the best staff ever. Not only are they knowledgeable and professional, but they are also kind, welcoming, and supportive.
Toscana is definitely a great place to live and an excellent choice for anyone.
