Only cashes checks for customers only. Okay then why not charge a fee? Avoid this bank they're rude also.

Their customer support is nonexistent here at Olympia Federal. I had my card declined due to "suspicious activity" on a Friday night, making it so I will have to wait two days to purchase anything with the money I entrusted them to keep for me. This is absolutely ridiculous. They don't even have a hotline either. Every time I call them and dial the numbers to be patched into 24 hour customer support, they just hang up on me automatically. I can't just put my life on hold for days because they're too cheap to purchase call center help! I will be finding a new bank soon snd transferring all my funds to that. This is not even the first time this has happened to me either.

I have banked with Oly Fed since I was a teenager. They have always been so good to work with and their staff is very personable and friendly.
