After it suffered a hard drive failure, Dustin got my computer up and running faster than it had been before the crash. He had plenty of useful info and suggested a few future options, but he wasn't pushy the way a salesman would have been. I hope I don't need this kind of service again, but if I do, he'll get my business.

Quick turnaround. Could have picked up same day. As was computer for work, cost money each day down. Knowledgeable and good service. In the past couple weeks from others just to get our computers back.
