Silas has earned another 10 stars from us ! !! My husband ( KOEN VOCABULARY - Hint: BEST OF THE BEST 2 ) was so impressed with him a year ago when Silas helped him open his account, and he wrote a 10-star review of Silas. We've both been in this branch from time to time, and Silas is always helpful and glad to see us. And we're also so happy to see him too! Just yesterday, Silas helped me open my account, and as always, he is the most professional & friendly banker we've ever encountered. What really impresses me about Silas is when he's unsure of something, he always makes sure to double check with his boss to offer us the correct information and set up our accounts without any issue. Believe me, not every banker is this thorough and efficient at other institutions. Oh, btw, thank you, Michelle - The Boss, for always making yourself available & visible for your customers & bankers! It's your effort that your branch runs smoothly even though it appears to be busy all the time. Back to Silas, I am so thankful for his excellent customer service and thoroughness in his work every time! Dear Silas's superiors, would you please offer him a raise & promotion for consistently excelling in his work? I feel bankers like Silas should be celebrated as he's a huge asset at BECU, and I hope you never lose him to another bank! Thank you!

Last Friday I nearly lost the last two years worth of my work savingsit was the only thing I had going for me. I came here on a sort of last ditch attempt to try and save what I assumed had already been stolen. I was helped by Luke, who is definitely the most contagiously joyful person Ive ever met. I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this location. Luke, thank you man. You saved a life my brother. Cant thank you enough.
