        I am tardy at writing this Atta Girl as I was helped in the Lacey office when I thought my account had been compromised. It was just after Thanksgiving or early December and now its January! Anyway - I can only say that Lisa (she sits to the right of the front doors tucked into a corner) was very reassuring that my account was safe and had not been compromised - she went a step further and explained some great options for our savings account. She explained that we could earn more interest if we moved some or all into a special account or a short term certificate. Let me share, as I did with Lisa, my husband does most all our banking and when I brought these types of accounts to his attention he was more than surprised. We moved some into a short term certificate and weve been very pleased with the interest weve accrued. Lisa went the extra mile by reviewing our existing accounts and making recommendations for us to think about. Ive been a member of WSECU since 1971 and I really appreciate Lisa for taking the time to make a difference.

        Let me start by saying I currently have 5 credit unions and 2 banks. As a local small business owner my banking relationships are very very important to me. I use WSECU for my personal banking and have for the last four years. Now at one point I had an issue at the bank where I got pretty ticked off and was considering leaving. However I did not take my business elsewhere. I met the new branch manager Melissa M. and she heard me out. She acknowledged my concerns and was able to provide a solution and long story short retain my business! Since then I have become friends with many of the staff at her location. Of course my favorite employee is Howard G! Hes a great loan officer with tons of knowledge But mostly hes just a great conversationalist! Thanks guys for always taking care of me!
