        Sell your organs / bury your money in your yard before considering banking here. Disrespectful doesnt even begin to explain this credit union. For example: after 4 years of problem free payments, I was told I could only pay with Good Money. The second you experience any hardships you will no longer be treated with respect and no assistance will be provided. Washingtons Consumer Protection Act was created because of lenders like Harborstone. Be prepared to know your rights and document everything if you absolutely have to deal with these pompous people.

        Tiffany the Operations Supervisor is beyond amazing. My husband had cosign on a car loan and we just needed paperwork to show that the other person was making the payments. We tried calling several times and got no where, well that was until Tiffany, and she really went above and beyond to help us. I thank her from the bottom of my heart because I saw that she really tried.
