Best Buy

We were looking for kitchen appliances and Best Buy definitely helped and saved us alot of money. Well worth it!

The employees were really nice and helpful but the overall experience was a bust. We ordered online and weren't warned the TV couldn't be put on its side until we arrived for pickup. We had to cancel the order and have it delivered. It wasn't their fault and they did the best they could to help. The online ordering is the problem and it makes the employees look bad. Cooperate should fix that.

Bought a screen protector for my phone. Paid for professional installation left with several bubbles in the screen because they ran out. Came back two days later same thing happened. Had to wait 4 days for them to get new ones in. 7 screen protectors later still had bubbles. Asked for a refund I couldn't get it but they gave me a new protector for me to install at home. They really nice about everything. I've gotten several devices and products there. Had good experiences overall

I cannot say enough about Eric in Geek Squad. I plugged in my laptop and sparks flew. After examined it didn't look good and Eric's real sense of caring heard me and my concerns. He literally went the extra mile and was able to retrieve most of my files and pictures The manager also was very helpful in showing where to find these on my new laptop. Great team with Geek Squad at Best Buy at Hawks Prairie.

I was in urgent need of an item (that i didn't realize couldn't be purchased there) and was so overwhelmed and distressed that i forgot my mask and had to take off my shirt and wrap it around my mouth and nose; i was made to wait when i didn't have time. the young man at the exit counter was condescending when i told him what i was looking for.. overall, the way that my situation was handled could have gone much better, instead i left feeling somewhat defeated and humiliated a bit.
