Our tenant informed us that the gas water heater in our rental was kaputt. It was 15 years old and decided to retire. Since we didnt want our tenant to have to take cold showers, we called and left messages with three gas service companies. No luck. We then called Capital Heating and we were pleasantly surprised to actually have a live person pick up the phone. Kai, in the front office, was very pleasant and helpful to get us the service we needed. James, the technician, was efficient and kept us posted throughout the job.
What a relief to find a company that places customer service at such a high priority.
