These people are SO sloppy. They mixed up the email of a client and sent all that clients DocuSign notifications to me during the bidding process. Despite my efforts getting in touch with Randy to let him know he had messed up (and I found the client on FB and alerted her) they never corrected her email and continued to send even the CLOSING documents to me for DocuSign. I would never ever use someone so incompetent in a basic real estate matter! Do disregard his fallacious comment below- I received FOURTEEN emails over the span of over two months (I saved them and counted just now) I had contacted him after the first one to let him know there had been a mistake- he never bothered to correct it!

Everything I hear from people in the business community shows how much Randy is invested into the community. He's part of a lot of organizations in the area and really cares. I've seen him help people with their home loans, their refinances, and he really cares to help people who are transitioning into the area and downsizing. He's a veteran and looks to care for other veterans in their needs too!
