If I could give zero stars I would! Getting an initial appointment scheduled was an experience in and of itself--first couple of inquiries I made I never received responses for. Once finally scheduled for appointments over two months out, I get a call from staff cancelling appointment because the Doctor will be out of the office. They wanted to schedule me weeks out again. I asked for a call back from a supervisor-never received a call back. Did receive an automated message about an appointment they took the liberty of scheduling me for that I couldn't attend based on my work schedule. I went to the second scheduled appointment that was to be one for my child, then my exam and my exam for THAT day had been CANCELLED as well. I stood in the office for about 10 minutes while the receptionist attempted to schedule an appointment for someone on the phone prior to her helping me. I ended up walking out and deciding to go with another provider--if this is the experience and I haven't even had an appointment---I can't imagine how they treat you once you ARE a patient there. One would think for such a large provider with multiple offices, that they would be able to handle their scheduling and customer service...not so much! You can't even call and talk to someone after they leave you a message without waiting for a call back two days later if they ever do call you back! TOTALLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCHEDULING PRACTICES. Just lost two patients that even have dual insurance coverage. Shame on you.
