No showed for 1-5 appointment. I called in CSR told me tech was over hours. I sat around for 5 hours and had to call myself to find out NO one was coming.

They don't do real work in Thurston County, don't tell you that untill after.
They STILL haven't filed the paperwork I paid 300$ to file and charged us 1200 for a pump and "more work to follow." Bullied into payment and gave me NO report or receipt.
This is a scam, I am reporting to BBB next.
DO NOT CALL FLOHAWKS IN Thurston County.

Theyll charge you $149 to dig a hole that only took my partner & I 15 mins to dig.. Unfortunately, I had 2 covers to my tank which had slipped me only having had it serviced once before; so I had to last min add on a $149 charge for 15 min worth of work but felt too bad asking them to come back (they already charge you $225 for the first 30 mins just being there...).
I had an original app time of 12-5, letting the agent know I had prior obligations at 10, anything after 12 should be fine!
2-3 weeks later, at 8:55 I get a call saying theyre arriving within 30 mins, call back to confirm my app.
I was assured I didnt need to be there for the service as long as I had a card on file (I didnt). I put one on file & decided to let them come early.
I happened to be home upon the contractors arrival trying to leave for my app, in which I had 2-3 interactions with (I wasnt supposed to be there?), 10 mins before needing to leave.
After discussing charges with me present, I was charged an additional $27 that wasnt ever discussed after I had left. The only reason I wouldnt give a 1 star is they seemed awfully available for business, wonder why.

Absolute horrible service, they called the day of my appointment and asked to push it back a day, then scheduled a follow up repair and never showed up for it. Never bothered to call and let us know, it wasn't until my wife called that they told us they had a technician call out sick and they would call us back if they could get the repair done that day. NEVER called back so we called the following day needing it done as soon as possible because we are trying to list the house and surprise surprise they won't do it on Sundays even when it was supposed to get done the previous day. This is all not to mention the fact that the first appointment we had scheduled for the septic drain the guy who shows up says he can't dig to look for the septic drains due to a medical problem so my wife and I are digging for this guy. Wouldn't be a problem if they had just asked ahead of time whether the lids were covered or not so they could send the appropriate technician. Man I don't even like to write reviews but this company was really bad. Services: Sewer repair, Sewer cleaning
