I called West Coast Plumbing and asked for a quote to replace my water system from the well up. Bill Howell arrived a few days later and gave me a very fair price. We scheduled for the following week. Bill and Levi showed up on time ready to work. They were extremely helpful in explaining everything to me as they progressed on the project. They did very professional work and completed their work ahead of time. They left the worksite spotless and gave me a very good lesson on how my water system worked. There were no hidden costs and I was even given a senior citizen discount.
I was 100 percent satisfied with West Coast Plumbing, and would encourage others to use them in the future. Also, ask for Bill, his customer service is second to none.

I have worked with these guys on a new well pump, a new filtration system, and other plumbing jobs and they have always delivered very high quality. Excellent communication, prompt, professional and highly skilled craftsmen. Highly recommend!

I located a Leak under my house and requested to have a rep come out, address the leak and fix it. The woman I spoke to said they could come out Friday morning from 8-11. I noted that I needed them to be here by 11 so I could leave on time to pick up my son. They no showed and are not answering my calls to reschedule. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional.
