      image Since ive been using Jackson Hewitt ive had to have my refund Delayed this makes 2 times 2022 and 2023 this crazy I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TJEM AGAIN

      image They wanted to charge me $400 for a turbo tax filing with no return.
      The customer service here is laughable. The new guy sitting in the back right corner desk is rude and wrong.
      Im not giving these guys any business

      image Do not get your taxes done by JH. They have so many fees it eats up your tax rebate and also the workers dont care enough to have the right information. I did my taxes through them for the advance and AFTER I did my taxes she said Oh ANNND the cut off for the advance (loan) was yesterday. Mind you this is 5 hours AFTER I did my taxes. I cant cancel them and get my taxes done elsewhere for less fees or anything so they SCREWED ME all the way around. AGAIN. Never will I ever go through them to get ANYTHING DONE.
