      image Two years of good service from Jackson Hewitt. Both years around $200 cost. This year, with a less complex return I was told $475. I tried to negotiate a more reasonable response. The work was done and I didn't think they wanted a lose/lose outcome. After days of trying to discuss a compromise, and a deadline approaching I went to h&r $155.

      image Melvin was my tax preparer. I had never met him before but he was very professional. He and I talked about ways my refunds would be better and I am very happy I took the time to have my taxes done with him. As I went to lunch with a friend, I spoke with a person who waited on me and recommended Melvin to him to prepare his taxes. He too was glad and will set up an appointment with him. I would return to Jackson Hewitt to prepare my future taxes. The office is located in Spanaway, Tacoma, WA.
