Pointless clinic. Doctor refused to do anything and told me to go somewhere else because they only do Covid tests and things like that. Maybe your website should be updated then. No one at the front desk either. I waited 20 minutes before even being checked in for my appointment.

Visited about a week ago. Superb! They saw me a few minutes early, got a thorough exam and great recommendations with an extensive write-up on what I needed to do. Thank you!

Very unprofessional. Make sure you read the note section from your appointment. Was very rushed, provider didnt do anything but give me papers and rush me out. They did NOT take my appt reasoning seriously and did not accurately update my chart / records to show the appropriate information. I had to request my chart be updated so that it reflected my CORRECT medical history. Waste of time and money.

The nurse who checked me in was lovely and gave me the most detailed instruction for a urine sample I've ever had. Which was much needed because I only started having reasons to get them the last few months. She and the doctor that night were very pleasant. The doctor gave me in depth instructions for how to proceed until a culture was done on my sample. When my symptoms got worse before the results were in I scheduled another visit. When I arrived the same nurse informed me that the doctor on staff that day had received my results and that because there was no infection this was something to take to a less limited practice. They were willing to see me and take another sample, but didn't want me to spend time and money for something they didn't have the equipment to properly diagnose. I chose to cancel my appointment and while I was waiting for my husband to come back the doctor came out and talked to me. She and the nurse gave me recommendations of good specialists for my symptoms that my family doctor could refer me out for. Both doctors and the nurse were lovely. I will definitely go back to them for future smaller concerns.
