WORST PLACE EVER!! They'll up your rent with no warning, they'll never fix anything that needs to be fixed, we waited 8 months for a new water heater, they are non responsive, the dishwasher doesn't run good, the living room ac doesn't work right, the windows don't lock, and the icing on the cake THE MOLD!!! FYI there is no property management on the site and you have to pay 4.00 through an app to even do your laundry.

I am reviewing my realtor, Aaron Fitterer. I had a superlative experience. He helped me find my favorite home of all time and he went out of his way to make sure that my family's needs would be met. He did far more than any realtor would normally do. I now consider Aaron a friend; words cannot express how grateful I am to him for all of his hard work on my behalf. He is super knowledgeable of the area and an authentic, honest person. He makes sure that deadlines are met and will warn you of potential issues when it comes to making decisions or keeping to the terms of a contract. I can't say enough good things about Aaron; if you're lucky enough to have him help you find a home or sell your home you won't be disappointed.

Worst property management do not trust with your property they don't even follow there own contracts very shady
