The owner of Moses Lake Realty Group (LaRae) was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! She actually BULLIED me into offering my property at a lower price (it later proved to have appraised ABOVE the price I WANTED to ask for it); she alsk "bullied" me into taking the SECOND offer within the first 2 weeks on the market....she was unresponsive multiple times saying she "had to take care of her Grandson"; she LIED to me, saying that I "HAD TO PAY THE BUYERS $4,500 CLOSING COSTS BECAUSE THAT WAS THE WAY IT WAS DONE NOW" and "the only way to get my full asking price" - THIS in the very beginning of my listing! She tried to bully me into paying $300 for something "overnight" that should have been ordered MONTHS prior, she did NOT write a decent listing, leaving OUT that my property had an underground sprinkler system or that it had a large attached SHOP or had recently been renovated including a new roof, decks, sheetrock throughout, new carpet, paint, & fixtures throughout; she NEVER DID take professional photos - she used MY cell phone photos instead using the excuse that Covid prevented her from going to the (unoccupied) property to take them... And she was snotty in a phone conversation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & LAZY representation! She cost me thousands of dollars lost on my sale. I WOULD NEVER GIVE HER A GOOD RECOMMENDATION!
