        I had a gentleman come out to assess a leak from our kitchen into the crawlspace. He showed up very quickly and was really nice. After assessing the problem he was clearly confused on how to fix it. He went back and forth on what to do and concluded that I need to open up the back of my cabinets so he could replace everything from the disposal down. He showed me pictures of what he saw and quoted me $1,200+ to fix the issue but that price was only if I did the demo. After the gentleman left I didnt feel right about the pictures he showed me so I went down into the crawl space and took my own. It was very clear that I only needed to replace one smaller copper section and that his pictures didnt show the entire story. Very shady. The next day I had someone come out and fix the issue in 30 mins that cost a fraction of the originally quoted price. I only expect honesty when it comes to this type of work and this company was not.

Christina was very through and transparent with the quote and timeline. JD got the job done without any issues and faster then I was expecting. Next time I have an issue they will be my first call.

      Thank you Seth for calling us during your need of plumbing service. It's really too bad that you didn't understand our technician during your visit. The illegal rubber fitting that someone used was indeed not accessible from your crawl space and indeed is part of the problem of your flooded crawl space containing grease and other waste. I would highly recommend whoever you hired that they come back and reassess their misdiagnosis as well as hiring a company to remove all the sewage in your crawlspace
