        We had a bad experience with our previous plumber, and it left us with a huge problem with our toilet. Richard S came by and was super fast and efficient, fixing the problem and getting us taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing in an easy to follow manor. Would highly recommend.

        Chad was able to come out and replace our tankless water heater quickly. Originally he came up with 3 different price options which I greatly appreciated and he walked us through the work that was being done at every step. Overall he did a fantastic job and I would definitely work with them again

        The technician, Diego, was pleasant to work with, seemed thorough and efficient. Unfortunately, we had to hang around one whole day for the first scheduled visit ending in a no-show. Then, assured we would be the first visit on the rescheduled day, Diego showed up LATE morning. Finally the invoice had misleading information printed on it leading me to believe there were issues when apparently everything is fine.
