Ozell Jackson and his team were amazing. As a first time homebuyer I was overwhelmed and confused with the process, even after doing my own research. Loved working with Ozell and Julie through our house buying process. We leaned on Ozell heavily for information and advice since we were 1st time home buyers. He asked us really poignant questions and really took the time to understand what we were really looking for. It felt great to have them on our team when putting in our offers. We felt at ease trusting that Ozell (and our agent Anita Johnston at Windermere) were doing the best they could to get us into the house we wanted, at the price we were willing to pay. Then Julie helped us find a great mortgage plan that helped us save some money!
