        There was a hazard in the road at the roundabout adjacent, I parked momentarily to retrieve the large mallet from the road and was immediately greeted by two large unfriendly dogs. I explained kindly that I would only be parked momentarily, I only parked there because I saw an open sign on a business and thought someone would understand, but I guess that wasn't the case as I was told it was private property and not to do it again. I love dogs, but not everyone feels the same. This place looks family owned and operated but unfortunately in this case I'm not sure that's a good thing.

        Great facility! The new owners have already done a ton of work to spruce up the place, and the prices are very affordable. They are professional but also very nice people!

      Karl, there is a sign at the entrance to Timber Trail road that explains that it is a private drive only to be used for guests, residents, and storage customers. There are multiple residences aside from storage up that way. The dogs that belong to one of those residences are not unfriendly; however, they will alert the owners if any activity looks suspicious. We understand that you did not have ill intent in parking at the facility; however, we do hope that people respect the private drive sign and only use the parking area as it is intended for. We pride ourselves on being a family owned and operated facility and ensuring the safety of all residents who occupy the area surrounding the storage facility is extremely important to us.
