Monica has terrible phone etiquette, company only wants your money. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY! I called Sep 13th to let them know I would be moving out. Told Kate I might not make by the 30th exactly because Im on detachment. We talked about it and everything was fine. Monica called me Sep 29th screaming on the phone because Im Active duty and explained I wasnt going to make it out by the 1st but would be there there no later than the 3rd. Told me I just expect to be in a unit for free? My unit has been empty since August but I had to leave and couldnt do proper check out procedures. I never fought her on paying any money and I definitely dont expect anything in life for free. She continued to scream at me. They will watch everything you do in your unit on the cameras. She watched when I had a friend use my code in and out to resolve the late move out issue. Even included in her email to me that my friend took pictures of the inside of the unit (to send to me). Overall extremely rude and would not recommend at all.
