Seems to me after calling for two weeks straight to the main office and leaving voicemails, I think nobody works in the office or you just have to show up and hopefully they are there...Do you not want $

Are these true , please tell me this isn't true. Heart broken if it is. I need a place because I want to relocate to Wa.

I've witnessed a lot of front office turnover in the last seven years. When I moved back here in 2017 (after having lived in these apartments in 1987-1990), the pool and sauna and hot tub were functional and maintained, and every resident had a key to the rec center. None of the rec facilities have been operational since early 2019 now, and since the rents are moderated by the Thurston County Housing Authority, they've started to nickel and dime the residents over "amenities" that border on necessity like laundry machines and carports. In the last few years, these have started to come with charges even though the equipment has not been upgraded at all. These are the same exact carports that have collapsed in snowfall, now being charged at a premium to new residents who are unaware of the history. This place is literally falling apart. The holes in many of the decks have now injured residents, and some have been replaced, forced by the hand of the city's code inspectors and upcoming lawsuits. The state of housing in this area is abominable, and management companies like Cambridge are exploiting the people who have the least to manage with.

I was thrilled to work here from November to June I worked with many people in that time I feel as if more couldve been done but I had to move away do to family needs, I spend time reading these reviews and it hurts me to see that nothing has been done to improve these once great apartments I do hope that Cambridge can get it figured out because there are many great residents who want to see change and if I know anything about about Cambridge they are a great company who can right the ship and get this back in order much love yo and respect for all parties involved

I have had a horrible experience living and it's only been almost 2years and they don't care when you get paid if you don't have the money upfront especially with 3 kids also to take care of a long with it being a dangerous place to live our outlits caught on fire and it took a few months before they were fixed I have mold in my bathtub which I reported to management since I moved here and now it's even worse then before it could make us very sick and to top it off I'm tired of being harassed with 30 day notices just because I don't get paid on the first of every month I also have other bills and things I need to
