My brother and I became new tenants in October (first time living in an apartment). Last week we noticed a slow drip coming out of our bathroom fan, and called the maintenance technician Roy - he showed up in a quarter hour and found 2 leaks in our roof! This was the day before Christmas and all our family was in town! He was in our place nearly five hours, and saved Christmas for us! Thank you Roy!!!

My husband and I moved here about 5 months ago Lorrie was incredible with all the help she provided when moving in she's extremely understanding and helpful James the maintenance guy was extremely nice and helpful as well two months living here a new maintenance man joined the team Roy is incredible gets his job done and is efficient honestly the guy needs a raise for everything he puts up with the community is quiet and respectful. Serienty is full of life sweet as can be and extremely great at her job. Thank you to all the staff at capital for the amazing experience with our first apartment. You all have been a godsin.

Look, it's an apartment in the city. Not all of your neighbors are gonna be the best. But it's relatively quiet and nearby downtown, you can even get to some of the restaurants on the east side by walking. The management is great, Lorrie helped me get set up moving from the east coast and has been helpful ever since. James the maintenance guy is awesome, fixes everything as fast as possible. He's also been a big help with moving and getting comfortable here. If I wasn't moving out of town I'd be staying here.
