      image This dealership had a boat for sale for 23,900 on consignment. When I replied there was one person ahead of me they took all my info including credit card to hold boat in case first buyer fell through. Well first buyer fell through and instead of calling me they sold it to someone else. I had told the salesman I could be there within 1.5 hours . When I called them on it I was offered a discount on a new $55000 boat. Don't give them your info and credit card for deposit they will not honor it. Should have just said that from the beginning instead of playing games.

I made a mistake, which I fully admitted to you during our phone conversation.The only reason we offered a significant discount on the other boat was to express our regret for our mistake, not to attempt to exploit you in any way, which I also mentioned to you. We do our very best to honor all of our customers equally and that includes admitting our mistakes.
