The Well - Olympia

I showed yesterday for my appointment. The person at the front desk began to check me in, which is when this visit when totally off the rails. I said I had an appointment then. The front desk person said they didn't have me in the system and asked if I was seeing the same person. I said yes, and with no wasted breath the person said that they were no longer here and that they sent out a text message and email saying as much. The fact that I was there should have been a hint that I did not get any of these messages. The front desk person offered no apologies for this. And to make this situation even worse, they did not try to reschedule me, just offer vague assurances that they would send out an email in the future, which I'm sure I will not get. This was an incredibly disappointing interaction, and I don't have much hope for this place moving forward.

Morgan's approach helped me feel comfortable quickly, her skilled technique addressed my problem areas while still incorporating enjoyable "moves" and transitions. The hot towels were divine! Highly recommend- and I hope to make it back monthly.
