When I was asked about how the food was, I let her know that the carrots were mushy & tasted like tap water, that the sausages were bland and that over all the meal was extremely disappointing.
She just stared at me with a blank face. Not "oh I'm sorry you were unsatisfied" "is there anything we can do to make it right?" Nope. Just a blank stare... I've never received such nonexistent customer service.
The table we sat at was rickety and wobbled every time I touched it. When the appetizer was delivered we were not given any plates.
Overall experience was terrible and unfortunately we will not be visiting again.
