        Ok, so I am looking for 4x6 envelopes, which is an unusual size, as I found out after I ordered my photos. Call Office Depot to see if they have them in stock, as it is a 25 minute drive for me. The associate quickly assures me they have them. I ask him to confirm, oh yes, we have them. Ask him how much they are and get put on hold for 10 minutes. Then the phone gets picked up by another associate. Repeat my request. Get placed on hold again. The associate comes back (the 2nd one, as the 1st one disappeared into a void apparently) and tells me they don't carry them. I am upset, but at least I am glad I didn't waste my time driving there. What a shame that unqualified associates loose some much business and create problems for retail stores. Very disappointing.
