I was called when they were 30 min away, and they showed up as they said they would on time and professional. Both gentlemen were very respectful and extremely knowledgeable on the service I needed. They explained everything they were going to do and told me the price of service upfront. They promptly went to work and expertly performed their duties. As they were finishing up they cleaned any areas they worked on and when it came time to pay the bill it was actually less than I expected and they do give military discounts. Overall I was very happy with communication along the way and the job done. My only complaint is the searching for the leak I now have two holes in my walls (which I signed for) but clinician assured me he measured out correctly (which he did). Pipes went to water heater in garage (which I didn't think to check nor did he, I had checked bathrooms, dishwasher, laundry outside faucets) but no water inside hard to know where the pipes under house were leaking like hose draining 1000s of gallons of water. Clinician was very informative, professional and did a great job on installation of new pump once location of leak was determined.
