Paul is wonderful to work with and so helpful in all ways. He answers his phone and when he tells you he will do something he does it. Paul thinks out of the box and gave me options I didn't think about. He spent countless hours researching and answered questions before I even asked them. Every morning he reached out to me to keep me informed and sent me different options. He sat me down in the beginning and talked to me for hours about what I am looking for in my new home. What does my future self see and how would different options work. When we would look at a home he would point out the pros and cons of the conversation to make sure the home, location and property will fit the now and later lifestyle I was looking for. It REALLY helped and he helped me make the correct decision and I am blessed I had him on my team. I thought it was going to be hard to find the perfect home but he made it so fun. I looked forward to his calls and he was always so happy. He loves what he does at it shows. I had a great time and I appreciate all the hard work he put in to give my family our dream home. I was nervous going into Escrow and as I was getting out of my car to walk in Paul pulls into the parking lot with a huge smile and I felt so at ease from that point on. I signed and journey was over. I got the home I wanted and a friend for life.

Paul was an excellent realtor! He walked me through the whole process and made me feel reassured. I was a first time home buyer and he really took the time to explain things to me. Paul helped me beat out 7 other offers on my home. I would recommend Paul to anyone that is looking to buy a house and have a stress free experience doing so.
