We cant speak highly enough with our experince with Haley, We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right places and with our loan program. She is honest and hands-on.
She is always available to show us new homes, no matter the time or place, and made the experience so fun and easy. And she really helped to take the pressure off of us. From start to finish she was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional.
We are really grateful that we found her and couldnt be happier with our new home!

We are very pleased with Haley Chatfield as our realtor. Professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She worked patiently with us to buy a house that would fit our needs and wants in the price range we set. She walked us first time buyers through the process and helped with the mortgage company. TL;DR: Haley is THE BEST.
When I first started looking for houses in Washington, I did not know any Realtors. When I went to get pre-qualified for a loan, I had the good fortune to be referred to Haley by a mortgage lender. After talking with her a few minutes, I knew I had found the right Realtor. Her expertise, professionalism, integrity and dedication continually impressed me throughout the home-buying journey. At every stage, Haley went above and beyond, doing the utmost to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible.
From our initial consultation onwards, Haley took the time to meticulously gather and understand my requirements, even as they evolved in response to changes in the market and lessons learned along the way. She was extremely patient, ever-insightful and unwavering in guiding me toward closing on a house that meets my goals.
Her encyclopedic knowledge of all things real estate was invaluable in helping me explore options and make informed decisions. Haley shows incredibly in-depth knowledge of the market--not just for an area but for the entire region where I was looking. Anytime I asked "what do you think about ---?" her feedback was always astute and pragmatic, helping me stay focused and moving forward.

As if all this wasn't enough, Haley's network of contacts, including an absolutely stellar loan officer, proved to be invaluable. Her recommendations helped streamline the process, ensuring that tasks were taken care of efficiently and effectively. Home-buying is a very convoluted process and working with such highly-professional people ensures transparency and cuts through confusion and indecision. I will do business with Haley and associates any chance I may have in the future.
I finally found a house I love and I gratefully and wholeheartedly recommend Haley to anyone seeking a Realtor. She's truly amazing and I extend my sincerest appreciation. This review is very long overdue. in March of this year my other half called on a home Pe Ell this is where we met Hailey Chatfield. the house we looked at did not work out for us but Haley did.
Haley is a person who will go the extra mile for her clients. We lived in Everett Wa but we where looking for a home down south. We couldn't get down here to see house so Haley drove to the homes made a detailed video of all the homes we asked her to look at. When we found the one we fell in love with Haley was right there helping us to get the Everett house on the market and still getting the house In Monte under contract. Her team of very professional finance and photographer made our home look so inviting we sold it in a day. We are so glad we found Haley Chatfield to help us start our new adventure in our lives. You will not go wrong with Haley she is the best in her field that is for sure.
