Amber, Reese, and the rest of the team were so helpful in buying my first home that I decided to use their expertise in selling 4 years later. Everything was just as smooth and seamless as I remembered. They are always available for questions and I never felt they were too busy for me. Thanks to them I was on the market to pending in 4 days and sold within just over a month.

My wife and I were first time home sellers, and a friend of ours recommended RPP to us. Immediately after reaching out, the team took phenomenal care of us. Although this process was new to us, they answered all of our questions and responded to us outside of normal business hours to ensure we were taken care of. Staging and photography will ultimately determine how many potential buyers you will get. Staging was immaculate and the photography was out of this world! It was an absolute pleasure working with Amber and Megan, and its always great to see a veteran owned family succeeding in the civilian sector. If we ever move back to the area, we will most certainly reach back out to them. Highly recommend working with this outstanding company!

Fantastic experience with Rally Point Properties. The whole team was incredible - educated us on the process, helped us find a wonderful home and great deal. Im in the Army and my family and I were moving from GA to WA and RP Properties helped us all along the way. Would absolutely recommend RP Properties and use them again.

Selling my home was a bitter/sweet thing for me, and man did I come with some complications divorce, a high asking price, and essentially needing to have my hand held each step of the way not to mention I essentially put them on a year long hold. And when I was ready, they were right there waiting. This team not only gave me the help I needed to get to closing day, but did it with love and tenacity. Everyone always had a great attitude & aggressively sought out to achieve success for everyone! Both seller and buyer. Their staging was next level; did such an amazing job highlighting the uniqueness of the home! Furthermore, they werent just there to do business they truly cared enough to spend time out of their day to thoroughly explain EVERY SINGLE PART of the process. It doesnt stop there though, they would also bring happiness and joy throughout this painful process (for me) by having casual conversations outside the real estate realm & actually getting to know me. Their team has truly amazing dynamics that I believe would give anyone an advantage to sell their home with the return theyre looking for, or get their dream home for the price that works for everyone.
