    Its really great experience with Korum Hyundai. We just bought our new car without any hassle in March 2024. The salesperson and all of the staff is very good and make the process very easy and smooth. Their service and guidance to find a better car for us is unbelievable. Usually we see its take 5-6 hrs. for paperwork and checking eligibility for buying etc. But Korum Hyundai didnt take that much time. We just took our new ride within 2 hrs. I really recommend to everyone to be there, especially who have new credit or no credit at all. My father got his first car at his own new credit, without any co-signer. Hope that you guys find your new car as well, especially who has a new or no credit at all. Will definitely buy one more car soon again

    Keith Maurer should not be a service manager. So my Daughter drove her car in for a engine replacement to the dealership that was under warranty. They had the vehicle for 5 months with no update. But two weeks before were about to finish the engine they said that her battery was dead and she also needed to replace a belt. Which the bill came up 600 dollars just for her to get car back. When talking to the Service Manager Keith Maurer he stated and i quote " we are not responsible for a battery and how do i know the battery wasn't faulty when your brought it in". When trying to talk to him he just deflected the question and told us to call a number to see if she could get her money back from them. He didn't take any responsibility for why the battery died. So we pay the bill get to her and before we even put the car in drive the Service light is on. So we walk in again to talk to Keith they said he left so Sedric Ferguson which i think should be Service Manager over Keith came out and looked at it and drove the vehicle around and said that the steering wheel control knobs was not working and we would need another steering wheel. Which again another piece that was working properly but under care of Hyundai something isn't working properly.So he gave a estimate how much that would cost it was another 200-300 dollars. So my daughter has drive around with a service check light she can't undo which was not on when they serviced it not its on when we get to the dealership. It is truly frustrating to see a dealership that don't care about the customer and try to work something out. I even asked to talk to Jim Koch and even emailed him and i haven't gotten any response this was worst dealership experience and nobody should have to go through that. I wouldn't recommend get your car service here they would cause more problems then fixing them.

    Korum is not the closest dealership to me. The closest dealer to me said they could not look at my 2024 Santa Cruz (check engine light) for a month. Korum was in the same day and fixed by the next morning. Korum Hyundai will have all of my future service business, just as Korum Nissan does with my Rogue.

    Korum Hyundai Puyallup. I dropped off my car that needed transmission work; three weeks later nothing but excuses. "There is dirt" "We Haven't pushed it in to check it" after many calls and three visits Cedric finally told me I'd have to wait another month to even have the Inspection. Terrible automotive / auto / car / service. Would have liked to know how long I would be waiting.

As was discussed with you previously, your vehicle was towed to the dealership with multiple issues due to exterior damage as well as interior environmental hazards, which were deemed unsafe for our technicians to proceed with their work. Once exterior access points were enabled, the interior condition was addressed and the vehicle was inspected thereafter. Upon inspection, damage, due to a tree branch, was noted to the transmission pan and your insurance company was notified of the damage. At that time we requested an inspector from your insurance company come to the dealership to perform an inspection. The claim process can be lengthy and, for that, we can certainly empathize.
