        Ordered something online and they had a tracking number for me within an hour. I have dealt with a lot of Volkswagen parts departments all around the country and this one is superior in regards to getting the product to their customer and it's not even close. Highly recommend using these guys!

        Soungyoung Son down at Puyallup VW made my car buying process easy and stress free. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and his passion for cars is obvious. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a car, or like he was just trying to make a sell.
